International Academic Conference on Radiation Health Risk Management in Fukushima 25-27/2/13

And so on.  It sounds all pro-nuclear speech.  This congress was in Fukushima-city, however all done in English and no translators were provided for Fukushima citizens.

Dr. Shunichi Yamashita led well-received study of nuclear accident's effects but was blamed for poor communication.
