According to RERF (Radiation Effects Resesarch Foundation)survey, even after 55 years afterwards, risk of developing of leukemia is two times higher in Hiroshima/Nagasaki bombs survivors who were 10 years old at the time of the bomb attach and exposed to added dose of 1mSv/y.
