While Abe was at the plant for a tour this week he asked the plant supervisor to show him where the area he referred to in public assurances was. [...]

JP Prime Minister Abe visited Fukushima crippled plant on 18th of September, 2013. Even after the visit he still insisted that radioactive water leaking is blocked sufficiently enough within certain area.
