WHOには、放射線部門がなくなっていた！

2011年5月4日、市民連合体＜インデペンデントWHO＞（IW）の代表団がジュネーヴの世界保健機関WHO本部で、事務局長マーゲレット・チャン女史に面談した折り、チャン氏が、WHOの放射線と健康についての権能不足とWHOのIAEAへの従属性を認めたことが明らかとなった。
On 4th of May, 2011, a delegation
from an Independent WHO(IW) organization visited International WHO Headquarters
and interviewed the head of WHO, Mrs.Margareta Chan. Mrs. Chan commented in the interview that “There is no independent authority concerned
with radiation and health issues due to collusion between WHO and IAEA.
面談中、IW はWHO本部には、放射線科学の専門知識を持っている職員はひとりしかおらず、この人は若く、経験がないので、専門家とは言えない。おまけに、放射線と健康を扱う部局がなくなったことが確認された。2年前までは、放射線部（RAD）が存在し、三つの問題を取り扱っていた。1）携帯電話、2）電磁場 3）核 であった。この部門は、部長が関連企業と非常に密接な関係を持ち、スキャンダルのにおいのする背景の元で、廃止されたということである。
There is only one young inexperienced
staff member who is working for the WHO headquarters right now. There is no department that deals with health
and radiation. Up until 2 years ago the Radiation
Department dealt with mobile phones, Electromagnetic fields, and Nuclear
radiation. The former Head of the Radiation
Department had a very cozy relationship with related Corporations, and so the Department
ceased to exist because of the situation with some kind of scandals reportedly
in the back ground….
この部局を再建する方針はあるのかとの問いに対して、チャン氏は財政がなく、WHOは3億USドルの赤字を抱えている、と答えた。
WHO has debts of 3 US million dollars
and no funding has been forthcoming to bring the Authority back to the size it
was before in order to deal with the nuclear radiation disaster, other electromagnetic
emissions and the real effects of mobile phone transmitters and handsets.
つまり、放射能に関する専門部局も なく、福島についての報告書を書いたり、福島に関する国際会議や、放射線防護に関する国際会議に、マリア・ネイラ『公衆衛生と環境』部長をあたかもその責
任者のように、送り出しているのである。（2011年10月福岡産業医科大学におけるシンポジウム『原子力災害対応労働者の健康』、そして2012年12月郡山でのIAEA国際閣僚会議）
In fact there is no radiation specialist or Radiation
Dept. Therefore WHO has been sending Ms.
Maria Neira who is in charge of the Public Health and Environment Dept. to attend
radiation related International symposiums as if she was a real specialist. She attended at the Health of Workers for Atomic Disaster Response Symposium at
Fukuoka Industry Medical University in October, 2011and the IAEA International Congress in Kooriyama-city,
Fukushima prefecture in December, 2012.
また、チャン氏は、2005年にWHO, IAEAが共同で出したプレスコミュニケで、チェルノブイリ事故で直接死んだ人50名、ガンで亡くなった人4000名と言う数字に対して、私はそうは思わないと語った。しかし、そのコミュニケの訂正も行なっていない。
Mrs. Chan commented that she didn’t agree with the
WHO/IAEA report on the Chernobyl Disaster on the number. of death: The report gave 50 deaths by direct
involvement of the clean-up operation and 4000 deaths caused by various cancers. However she hasn’t amended the numbers of
deaths yet.
