Worst No. 1 is Fukushima, No.2 is Ibaragi, No.3 Tokyo

Fukushima 268 Ibaragi 7.6 Tokyo(Shinjuku) 4.4 (Cesium 137)
Fukushima 111 Ibaragi 3/8 Tokyo(Shinjuku area) 2.2 (Cesium134)
Nagano (in Chubu region)  0.17(C137) 0.095 (C134)

(Editor's note) These above numbers don't sound a lot but I would like to remind you that Fukushima crippled plant has been leaking 10million BQ every hour of ionizing radiation continuously into the air.  Also Japanese government hasn't done a recent survey of radioactive ground contamination.  The last one we could find was done in 2011.
